Known by natives as 14'ers, climbing mountains that soar upwards of 14,000+ is on the bucket list of many adventure-seekers. Start early and make your way up I-70 for Greys Peak that summits at 14,270 ft. If you’re feeling up for it, hike across the saddle of the mountains to summit Torreys Peak as well. Mt. Bierstadt is also a good option near Aurora where the summit peaks at 14,060.
