4th of July Spectacular

Join the 7/20 Memorial Foundation to celebrate the 8th Annual Day of Resilience! This family-friendly event offers something for everyone, featuring over a dozen beer vendors, healing and wellness booths, food trucks, sidewalk chalk artists, and live musical performances. The day begins with the inspiring "The Hero's Journey" 5k run/walk led by Zack Golditch, a survivor of the shooting and former NFL player turned firefighter. Explore wellness offerings, enjoy live music, and sample craft beers at the Resilience Beer Fest while admiring talented chalk artists creating captivating works of art. Rebel Marketplace

The beginning of Rebel Marketplace’s 5th season begins June 1! Shop from amazing local vendors, including fresh produce, handmade goods, art, and other unique finds! The market occurs every Saturday until August 31! 

Southlands Farmer's Market

Embrace the summer season with a trip to Southland’s Annual Farmer’s Market. Shop local with fresh produce, handmade artisan goods, and more!

Sounds of Southlands
When: July 11 - 25
Where: Southlands | Directions

Southlands is back with Sounds of Southlands. Occurring every Thursday of the month, Sounds of Southlands is a fun event where you can sit back and enjoy local talent while enjoying the summer breeze. Bring your lawn chairs, grab some Fro Yo from Tutti Frutti, and enjoy the jams on Town Square.

Water Activities

Soak up the sun on a sailboat or head out for paddleboard yoga at dusk. Quincy Reservoir is best for kayaking and canoeing; bring your own. The Aurora Reservoir has on-site paddleboard, canoe, and kayak rentals. Visitors can also use non-motorized boats on the water. If you’re looking for tubing, water skiing, and more – head over to Cherry Creek State Park. They have on-site paddleboard, kayak, canoe, and boat rentals.
