Milieu Fermentation exists to provide the Aurora and East Denver communities with an open and inviting social environment and thought-provoking beverages located in the heart of Anschutz Medical Campus. Guests are encouraged to bring in food from our neighbors or check out food trucks on-site Thursday through Saturday! Use of ride-sharing services such as Lyft or Uber or a designated driver is highly recommended when consuming alcohol.
