Founded by Blake Butler, a seventh-generation Texan, and craft beer enthusiast, the brewery is named after the six temporary capitals of the Republic of Texas. It offers a welcoming atmosphere with award-winning beers and creative culinary delights.

Really great vibe to this brewery/food joint! The brew selection was on point…very distinct differences across their offerings, so there were no two brews we tried that tasted alike. The Cuban sandwich was just phenomenal! The crunchy but soft bread…the well-smoked pulled pork…the spicy pickles, and pickled onions..oh my! The pretzel was also a must-have! Customer service was excellent! All three waiters tag-teamed after West made initial contact with our table. Highly recommend this place! T. CH - Google Reviews
