I ordered the California benedict and the chili relleno omelet. The Benedict was poached medium, and the English muffin was slightly toasted, which was perfect. Hashbrowns were a good balance of crispy on top and soft. The sweetness of the chili pepper in the omelet paired nicely with the cilantro in the pico and was delicious.
