Aurora Reservoir Yoga

Sunrise is a beautiful time of day and sunrise yoga is a wonderful way to start the day. Come join Cassandra, a professional yoga instructor for a morning vinyasa flow yoga class on the beach that will awaken your body and bring energy to your spirit. Cassandra’s classes are all-inclusive, for all levels and abilities.

When: 7 to 8 a.m., Saturdays in June-August

Where: Aurora Reservoir, 5800 S. Powhaton Road

Who: Ages 18 and older
