Come explore the prairie with an artistic twist! After a nature walk to look for shapes, textures, colors, and more, you'll get creative with mud painting, yucca braiding, and even an edible craft.

Family Workshops at Plains Conservation Center offer families a fun, hands-on, guided opportunity to learn about the prairie and the people, plants, and animals that live or have lived there. Workshops include a guided exploration of the topic and a project for adults and children to create together.

This workshop is designed for families with children ages 5-10.
