Nelson Holland: How Nature Can Change Your Life in a Year
The mountains and outdoor culture of Colorado can feel very exclusive and inaccessible, but Nelson Holland doesn't let that stop him. He uses his social media, @FatBlackAndGettinIt, to show great hikes for beginners, amazing views, and the 14ers he summits while being over 300 lbs.
Nelson will give a 45-minute presentation on his journey, inclusivity in the outdoors, and what motivates him. Followed by a 15-minute Q&A to learn about Nelson's experience with the outdoors from the warmth of the museum!
