The Greek goddess Athena associates owls with protection, while the Hopi see burrowing owls as the god of death. Learn about the owls native to Aurora and some of the mythology historically associated with them at the Plains Conservation Center. You will dissect owl pellets, followed by a wagon ride to find owls!
