The Legacy of Harriet Tubman: A Discussion with Becky Stone
Experiencean unforgettable evening at the Aurora Fox. Following a performance of GEE'S BEND, Harriet Tubman comes to life through an immersive portrayal by renowned scholar and performer Becky Stone, presented as part of Colorado Humanities' Black History Live tour.
This Chautauqua-style presentation includes a 40-minute monologue followed by a 20-minute Q&A session, first in character as Tubman and then with Stone herself. Audience members can also participate in a Q&A with GEE'S BEND director Donnie L. Betts.
