Your deal should be a standing discount that provides customers with an incentive to visit your business and spend money with you – no need to make something new! This can help promote ongoing deals such as Happy Hour specials, daily deals (like Kid’s Eat Free Sundays), and more. As a partner of Aurora Deals, there is no cost for you to participate. Merchant Agreement

I grant Visit Aurora (“Licensees”) a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty- and attribution-free license to use, edit, publish, broadcast, and transmit the Content in any and all media or formats, now known or hereafter devised, represents and warrants to Licensees that it has the unrestricted right to grant such licenses and that the Content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right or right of privacy or publicity of any third party or any laws. Licensor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Licensees from and against any claim, demand, liability, cost, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of use of the Content as herein contemplated.
If applicable, merchant retains full discretion as to whether to sell a particular consumer an alcoholic beverage is and required to sell alcoholic beverages in accordance with all applicable law and is encouraged to refuse the sale of an alcoholic beverage to a minor, to a consumer who is unable to produce acceptable verification of legal drinking age, or who is showing visible signs of intoxication.
